Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refund Timeframes

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving proof of return. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. All refunds are made in Euros (EUR) 

Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

The Date of Delivery is the date the order is received by you or a person nominated by you.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or RMA submission) within the 14-day cancellation period.

Conditions for Returns (Change of Mind)

Returned items must:
    •    Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
    •    Have all seals intact
    •    Be in a condition suitable for resale
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us.

Return Shipping Costs

For cancellations and change-of-mind returns:
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    •    Returns are sent at the customer’s own risk

We strongly recommend:
    •    Secure packaging
    •    Including your order confirmation
    •    Using a tracked or registered postal service

We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit.

Refund Amounts & Deductions

If you cancel within the statutory 14-day period, you will receive:
    •    A refund of the product price
    •    A refund of the standard outbound delivery cost (if paid)

We reserve the right to make a deduction for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in accordance with UK & EU law.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and relevant EU consumer law.
    •    Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery
    •    Please complete the Returns RMA  Form (https://www.popbuddies.com/index.php?route=account/return/add) before returning the item
    •    We will advise you on the appropriate resolution (refund, replacement, or repair)

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please accept our apologies.
    •    Incorrect items must be reported and returned within 14 days of receipt
    •    Please complete the Returns RMA Form  (https://www.popbuddies.com/index.php?route=account/return/add) before returning the item
    •    We will provide return instructions once your request is received

Returns Process (Required)

To ensure your return is processed correctly, you must complete the Returns RMA Form (https://www.popbuddies.com/index.php?route=account/return/add) before sending items back.
Returns sent without:
    •    A completed RMA form
    •    A valid Returns ID
may experience delays in processing refunds or exchanges.

Once submitted, we will contact you within 3 working days with further instructions. If you do not receive a response, please contact us by email.
