Where do you ship to?
At this time we only ship our products within the EU and EEA.
The countries we ship to are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
United Kingdom (until 31.12.2020)
How long does the delivery take?
Our delivery time guidelines are indicative only. We try to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
The estimated arrival is 4-10 working days after dispatch. You will be provided with a tracking number to follow the progress of the delivery.
Longer dispatch times will be indicated on our website: Home page and Checkout page. This will be due to holidays or conventions. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the delivery companies.
How much will the shipping cost?
Many EU countries will have a fixed shipping cost of 9 EUR. *Some areas in Spain and Portugal may be excluded.
Due to a rise in uncollected orders and an increase in returns, we have discontinued the Free Shipping option. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable for uncollected returns.

*Portugal and Spain - Some regions are not covered by fixed cost and shipping offers.
There are no fixed prices for these countries: Cyprus and Malta. Shipping is calculated during checkout.

We use UPS with tracking. Prices will be calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. The postal services we use are:

When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number. Make sure your email and mobile number is correct. You will receive an email or/and text message from GLS with an option to select a pickup point. GLS will hold your package for only 8 days. It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package on time. Postage fees are not refundable if returned due to an unsuccessful delivery.
Post Office Tracking: This is a Priority Package Service through the Post Office. This postage has tracking and a tracking reference will be given once the order is shipped.
